Who qualifies A single landowner working alone cannot use this. The programme's own project requirements say a project must benefit more than one individual property, and individual property owners may apply only when their project is developed in collaboration with a local community group, local government, utility, state agency, tribe or non profit and provides benefits beyond their own property. All participating landowners and treatment locations must be identified before applying, and the applicant must be or must name a fiscal agent.

How to apply Applications go through the Colorado State Forest Service online grant management platform. The programme recommends that applicants tell their local field office they intend to apply, by email and as early as possible, because field offices offer technical assistance and application support first come first served.
