FAIR Plan Wildfire Hardening Discounts
Home hardeningFree, from California FAIR Plan
Policies effective November 15, 2025 or later can earn up to 12 separate discounts on the wildfire portion of the premium. A Dwelling Fire policyholder earning all 12 could save up to 16.4 percent; commercial policies up to 13.8 percent.
