Verify a Contractor

A free lookup that says whether a contractor is registered and bonded, before you hire.

This shows more than whether somebody holds a registration. In the same look up you can see whether the bond and the insurance are real and current, whether the workers compensation account is active and paid up to date for any employees, and whether there are safety or construction citations or other infractions against them. It will also show lawsuits filed against their bond, which is the plainest signal there is that other customers have had to chase them for money. Where this comes from
