Arizona Land Buyer Public Report

Before you sign a contract to buy land in Arizona, the seller must by law give you the state's disclosure report, known as the public report. For unsubdivided land the state publishes both the application a seller files and the template the report follows, so you can see in advance what the seller had to answer and check that the copy you were handed is complete.
Who qualifies Serves raw, undeveloped land, and this is the single document that matters most before buying it. The report covers subdivided and unsubdivided land alike. Inside an Active Management Area the state will not issue one at all without a demonstrated hundred year assured water supply, which is why the report and the water adequacy lookup belong together.
How to apply Nothing to apply for. The seller owes you the report before you sign. Read the department's buyer checklist first, and if you were not given a report, that is the department's Message Center's business.
