Free weatherization of your home: insulation, air sealing and heating and cooling work to cut energy use, delivered under contract to the Nevada Housing Division.
Who qualifies Requires a primary residence; weatherization is work on an existing home and there is nothing here for bare ground. Open to households at or below twice the federal poverty level, as owners or as renters. An owner of an eligible rental property may be asked to meet half the cost.
