Coupons let residents dispose of clean wood waste cleared from the 30 foot defensible space zone around the home without paying to dump it. The county board has renewed the programme annually since 2007.
Coupons go out on the basis of what each property's defensible space needs, so be ready to say what you have cleared and roughly how much of it there is.
