Free vegetation chipping for Lake County residents who have cut and stacked their own material, aimed at residents outside the homeowner association and fire safe district programmes that already cover parts of the county.
Crews come out once at least 6 properties in an area have signed up, so ask neighbours to book too. Cut material to 6 inches thick or less and 2 to 6 ft long, and stack it in rows by the road, cut ends facing the road, no more than 5 ft high, 6 ft deep and 15 ft long. Where this comes from
