Fresno County Fire Risk Evaluations

The district's forestry and watershed team visits private forested land and produces a fire risk evaluation at no cost, with recommendations on home hardening, defensible space and forest stewardship.
Nothing happens unless you ask: the programme is voluntary and resources are provided by request. The evaluation is one of three parts, alongside Firewise Communities and contractual work that arranges fuel reduction with the CAL FIRE Fresno Kings Unit and the two national forests.
