Central Lyon Fuels Reduction Assistance and Defensible Space Clearance

An assessment and then the work itself: the district's team clears and thins vegetation to maintain a 30 foot defensible space around your home and structures. Most Nevada agencies that offer anything offer only the inspection, so this one is unusual in doing the clearing too.
Who qualifies Requires a primary residence. Reserved for qualifying residents: those aged 65 or over, and disabled residents who are physically unable to do the work themselves. By appointment.
